SMS Communications Consent Policy
Black Flag Strength & Conditioning ("Black Flag", "we", "us") sends SMS text messages to members who have provided their phone number and consented to receive communications during the membership enrollment process.
When a member enrolls at Black Flag Strength & Conditioning, they provide their mobile phone number through our gym management platform, Wodify. By submitting their phone number and completing enrollment, members acknowledge and agree to receive SMS messages from Black Flag Strength & Conditioning.

Message frequency varies based on membership activity and engagement. Members typically receive no more than 2–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Members can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Black Flag Strength & Conditioning. Upon receiving a STOP reply, we will immediately cease all SMS communications to that number.
To re-enable messages after opting out, reply START to any previous message or contact us directly.

Phone numbers and personal information collected for SMS communications are used solely for the purposes described above. We do not sell, rent, or share member phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.
